With an optimized optical system, the HBD S200 achieves a laser spot diameter of 30μm and layer thicknesses down to 10μm, enabling high resolution of detail and consistent performance. Its dimensional accuracy of ±0.03mm (for builds up to 100mm) ensures it meets the demands of modern manufacturing, offering a balance of precision and efficiency rarely seen in the industry.
Beyond precision, the HBD S200 can be used with a wide range of powder materials. It supports high-performance materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloys, empowering versatile solutions for sectors like medical imaging, consumer electronics, and microelectronics. The system’s innovative design integrates multiple components into single structures, streamlining production processes and reducing costs while opening up new possibilities for creative design.
Parts produced with the HBD S200 also exhibit remarkable surface quality. For example, components made from nickel-based superalloy GH4169 achieve a surface roughness of just Ra2.23μm.
