Case Sharing : Hybrid Part Manufacturing - Metal 3D Printing

Applicable for certain water channels section of the molding parts that cannot be direct printed via traditional machine or 3D printer;

The parts can be cooled down by embedding high-intrinsic materials inside the mold parts of complex products and combining the circulating conformal water channels.

Advantages

No traces on the surface of parts. No impact on the trace of the product.

High thermal conductivity material improve the thermal performance of molds, thereby reducing the molding cycle and improving dimensional stability of the product.
