(Summary description)The 9th Shanghai "Starlight Project" Skills Competition for Vocational Colleges (hereinafter referred to as: the competition) is sponsored by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Shanghai Education Development Foundation, and the Shanghai Private Education Development Foundation.
