According to characteristics of patient’s bones, using a three-dimensional scanner to build a data model, and then metal 3D printing could quickly and efficiently achieve high-precision pre-surgery verification, ensuring the printed product could accurately match the bone plate, implant and the patient's own bones. This application could reduce the risk of surgery failure and increase the success rate of surgery. In addition, trabecular bone, porous, lattice and other structures could be customized to improve the fit of the prosthesis and bone mechanics, and speed up the fusion of the muscle tissue and implants.
